Add events page, fix url behaviour, tweak navigation menu

Events page:

  • site.js collects metadata for filtering events
  • Events.jsx implements the events page
  • In this pr only the newest blog has the new metadata to demonstrate filtering

Fix URL behaviour:

  • edit _config.yml to set proper permalinks to files in /pages
  • fix href tags in NavigationHeader.jsx

Tweak navigation:

  • Make the navigation menu scrollable on small screens
  • Prevent main content from scrolling behind the navigation menu
