Replace ffmpeg.exe static binary in Windows to improve speed

Hello.

If you go to https://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/ , download the newest Windows 64-bit static ffmpeg.exe and replace the one that comes with h265ize (at folder %AppData%\npm\node_modules\h265ize\node_modules\ffmpeg-static\bin\win32\x64 ) it will greatly improve the conversion speed (at my system, from 14 fps to 25 fps).
