Decided to leave this be for a bit, mostly as it will prevent being able to install a server with any version of fabric-loader before 0.12 |

This change ensures that everyone has installed the server via the same method. And removes all the confused caused by the old method.
Downloading the server via the website is still reccomended, but this is better than removing the server option from the UI altogether.
