This pull request contains the contribution for the FOSSEE Summer Fellowship 2025 under the eSim domain.

  12. SN74LS147 – 10-line to 4-line priority encoder
  13. SN74HC4020 – 14-Bit Asynchronous Binary Counters
  14. SN74LS75 – 4-Bit Bistable latch
  15. SN74LVC1G57 - Configurable Multiple-Function Gate
  16. SN54S182 - Look-ahead carry generator
  17. SN74AUP1G99 - Low-Power Ultra-Configurable Multiple-Function Gate with 3-State Outputs
  18. SN74LS697 – Synchronous up/down counters with output registers and multiplexed 3-state outputs,
  19. SN54ALS560A - Synchronous 4-bit counters with 3-state outputs
  20. SN74ALS8161 – Synchronous 8-bit binary counter
  21. SN74LVC8T245 8-Bit Dual-Supply Bus Transceiver With Configurable Voltage Translation and 3-State Outputs

All contributed subcircuits were verified through simulation in eSim to confirm expected logic functionality.
