This release enables OAuth2 / OpenID Connect login to FAF using the shared database in interaction with Ory Hydra.

Features:

Basic login throttling
Basic feedback on banning
Improved UI
- matches the FAForever design (yet background was swapped with real SC:FA artwork)
- improved information especially on the scope grant page (given correct OAuth client configuration in Ory Hydra)
