First beta release

Initial commit
docs: add --enable_console_logging note
fix: infinite logging on linux

This is a beta version. Serious bugs are possible!

Compiled binaries are built by hand for Windows/Linux AMD64 only. In the future this will be automated. (so other platforms have not been tested yet)
