Stat-Calculator

The Stat Calculator distribute stats evenly according to build given on the front-end. Right now it only supports Dragonball Z Xenoverse 2 up to level 20 until data is captured for other levels and other games.

Builds the basic frontend for entering build stats and distributing them per level.
