To download the latest released version of the source code in a zip file, go to Code->Tags and download the flexviewer-2.5-src.zip file. Alternatively, use git to easily integrate with future updates of the viewer.
Documentation for the ArcGIS Viewer for Flex is available at the Developer Guide.
For non-Flex developers, there is also a compiled, configurable version available. See the Resource Center for more information.
