To download the latest released version of the source code in a zip file, go to Code->Tags and download the flexviewer-3.0Prerelease-src.zip file. Alternatively, use git to easily integrate with future updates of the viewer.
To compile, you will also need the ArcGIS API 3.0 Prerelease for Flex library. Read more about the API at API resource center.
Documentation for the ArcGIS Viewer for Flex is available at the Developer Guide.
For non-Flex developers, there is also a compiled, configurable version available. See the Viewer Resource Center for more information.
