This repository contains custom script in Python and R used to handle and analyse the data in the Anopheles gambiae 1000 Genomes project phase 2 CNV study.
The name of each folder indicates the steps in the analysis process that it refers to, and within each folder the file notes.txt gives information concerning each of the scripts in the folder.
