This is a beginner friendly project on working with and fixing imbalances in datasets.
This project uses the undersampling and ovrsampling method of fixing imbalances.
The dataset used in this project are scraped customer reviews from The Co-operative bank mobile banking application.
The operating systems focused on are Android and iOS i.e. Google Play Store and Apple Store.
This project was done using Pthon via Jupyter Notebook.
