Bump the pinned Embucket SQL parser to the merged Snowflake
ADD [COLUMN] IF NOT EXISTSfix (Embucket/datafusion-sqlparser-rs#42). This keeps DataFusion and Rustice on one parser AST revision.Verification:
cargo +1.95.0 check --locked --offline -p datafusion-sql; parser Snowflake suite 181/181. Independent read-only review: approved.
