Changelog-None: Wire functions in `common/wireaddr.{c, h}` consume
untrusted input. Since no tests exist for these functions, add one
for the wire operations of `wireaddr_internal`.

This PR is draft for now because the corpus for the new test is yet to be added. This isn't possible for now because of the bug which is fixed in PR #8325 . |
