This is a Python package with a custom-built command line interface (CLI) that conducts data wrangling on subject intake data in large Qualtrics datasets to setup experiment configuration (MRI sounds and TMS sounds) for each subject by cleaning data and analyzing subject data through Python, pandas, and Jupyter Notebook.
- Analyze raw Qualtrics data for each subject
- Create and output sound rating csv files for each subject
- Configure experiment setup: output 20 mri sounds and 24 tms sounds personalized to each subject
Download this repository. In the terminal, navigate to this repository. Then run "python setup.py develop" to install this package.
In a terminal, run "run_miso" to print help and "run_miso -s 25" to process data for subject ID: 25.
