What does this PR do?

Add info based on #11355

For resources

Description

This PR adds the license note for the following book:

  1. Ada for the C++ or Java Developer -> License Found on Page 2 of Pdf
  2. Open softwear - Fashionable prototyping and wearable computing using the Arduino -> License found at Page 2 of pdf
  3. Programmed Introduction to MIPS Assembly Language -> License found at end of the website

This information clarifies the licensing for this resource, ensuring users understand the terms under which they can use, modify, and distribute the content.

How do we know it's really free?
