Testing update

Testing update -- v2 to v3. Resolves #552.

• Create comprehensive test cfgs for 1) v2 & v3, 2) model-vs-obs & model-vs-model
• Create new bundles test cfgs for v2 & v3 (v3 alone might be sufficient)
• Update the test_*.py files to use these new cfgs
• Create new testing output and label it as expected results
• Delete old auto-generated testing files
• Reviewed new expected results (don't seem to have relevant data for v3 ILAMB though)
• Make a copy of expected results, as of merging this pull request

Once merged: run these tests on a weekly basis on the main branch.
