Bluetooth method updated to start measurement from the app using flags

Added two new implementations for bluetooth reading feature using streams, now it is possible to actually collect data, still there is some fields that are not yet sent to the api.

Updated profile with image pick and crop capabilities.

New popup style and content distribution on landscape orientation.

Profile and Popup

Profile page has been updated to allow weight and height alteration. In the birthdate fields were introduced text formatters to automatically insert slashes. The measurement popup was changed to display only the glucose field and ask for confirmation before sending to the remote database.

Measurement Popup

Added form fields to the popup message that show on measurement initialization, allowing the fields to be edited and to fill the new glucose value field. Temporarily disabled bluetooth connection blocker.

User Profile

Release with functional and updated profile page, it is now possible to create a user profile and retrieve it from both local and remote databases on sign in, update not implemented yet, also internet detection and warning messages for offline usage with limited features.

Blue Flags

Release with method for sending periodical flags (bytes) to the bluetooth device when connected.

Blue Read

Version with characteristics reading and values display from the connected bluetooth device, does not send any data to the cloud.

Blue Addition

Release with device page updated to its functional version, allowing to scan for devices, to connect and disconnect a device and prevent to start a new measurement without a connected device, however no data is actually read from the device yet, also new dialog messages on measurement completition.
