docs: add guest image command inventory

Summary

• Add a guest image command-line tool inventory entry page.
• Add per-version production image tool pages for v0.5.4 through v0.5.10.
• Document tool package versions, BusyBox applets, commonly missing commands, and scripting compatibility notes.

Notes

• The per-version pages are intentionally inventory-style and list available commands grouped by package/version.
• Development-image-only tools are described separately from production images.

Testing

• Documentation-only change.
