Drehmal 2.2: Apotheosis Installer

Patch Notes (v0.3.0 -> v0.3.1)

now using the full modlist provided via the drehmal website
installer creates CIT config file to fix initial launch issue
file downloads now appropriately follow 300 codes for futureproofing
