About the PR
merges uranium and incendiary ammo under 1 research called exotic ammuntion
the original exotic ammuntion has been 1984'd and the recipes moved to the psionic countermeasures tech under experimental
Why / Balance
2 ammo types that both never get printed for 20k points = bad
this is part of my goal to further streamline research
also the exotic ammo being in arsenal only made since because it was ammo, its exclusively used my the mantis and almost never printed so now epi gets it as part of their t2 bundle
