Addresses issue #3

  • POST /trainings endpoint now creates a model with status WAITING. The training doesn't start yet.
  • PUT /trainings/<model_id>/accept endpoint sends a request to the fed. aggr. And when reached the minimum amount of data owner required, the training is started.
