ICX Parity Maker Bot
This bot interfaces with DeFiChain node, monitors for available BTC and dBTC at specified address(es), adds the entirety of it to ICX as maker at parity, i.e. 1 BTC for 1dBTC and vice versa.
The bot will perform the necessary steps to ensure the safety of the counter-party's steps and follows through when it determines that it's safe.
This script requires Deno to be installed: https://deno.land/
The parameters are pass in to the script via several environment variables, you need to define 7 environment variables in .bash_profile. The ALARM_HOOK is optional.

Before running the script, ensure your account has sufficient dBTC token and tokenDFI, utxoDFI is also required.
