mne_eeg_workshop

This repo was created as part of Brainhack Toronto and includeds tutorial for Working with MNE and EEG-BIDS.

If you want to run the code locally please follow the instructions:

1. Download the folder using:

git clone https://github.com/Davi1990/mne_eeg_workshop/

2. Install the required dependencies using:

pip install -r requirements.txt

3. Download the required data folder at: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1DO-dXfIXzGDzmgcWRMtYvX30ZECYzRYd?usp=sharing

4. Download the raw file at: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-RSyaXp2Chx0zLuaAnlgK8o1VMo3enx8/view?usp=share_link
