A small GUI application written in C# that allows you to edit the starting Pokemon in Pokemon Red/Blue/Green and Yellow.
Allows you to individually edit the 24 battle encouters you have with the rival in the Pokemon games. Using this tool you can edit their party as well as the level of the Pokemon inside their party. Also allowing you to edit the 3 starting Pokemon choices to any desired Pokemon. This tool can also apply the "Auto Scroll" patch to the game, this is where the text boxes no longer need user input to continue. However this is only available for Pokemon Red, Blue and Green.

- Download the latest release here
- Find A Pokemon Red, Blue, Green or Yellow rom file. (google)
- Open up the StarterEdit Application, Then open the rom file, via the File option in the top left.
- Edit the rom file
- Save the from file by using the file dialog in the top left of the application.
- Close the program and you are done!
