- removed TR+TD_DATA hotfix patch notice since 10.0 / Andaram released
- removed unnecessary requirement for RepopulatedMorrowind_RedayniaRestored.esp (ref: GrumblingVomit)
- removed outdated patch notice for IO-Kinsmer
- added patch notice + rules for newest IO-Kinsmer update
- added rules for IO-Imperials
