-welcome home.esp replacer was updated and pathgrid issues for balmora are resolved. Now needs to load after bcom pathgrid reset - fixed a typo that resulted in conflict rule for baar dau mods not working with one of the meteorite ministry plugins - added rule for new bcom caldera basement plugin while I was at it
