This is to update the Expression of Interest (EoI) route when registrations are open. This comes after the ‘course start’ question in the flow. If users answers ‘no’ to starting before the course start date. They are taken to a page saying they cannot register yet and are auto-opted in to receive email updates. We want to change this so it isn’t auto-opt in, so the user actively agrees to receive those emails and we are in line with data and privacy policies.
This reuses the existing email updates page which currently exists for when registration is closed. We simply change some of the copy on the page.
