  • Reduces the overall final image size by using Azure Linux
  • Offers maximum compatibility with Azure infrastructure
  • Uses arbitrary user instead of 'root'
  • Supported by Microsoft

I have also split the SQL Tools bit into it's own stage so it's cached better
