This MediaWiki extension allows links to default to any namespace, instead of the main namespace (the default). For example, on a wiki with a Tutorial namespace, links such as [[Page]] within that namespace could be set to stay within that namespace. (Essentially, the link would act like [[Tutorial:Page|Page]], but still be displayed as [[Page]])
