The best RSE department concept is useless if researchers do not know about it. Experience shows that this is hard work that also requires a concept. Mention this and potential approaches in the installation section.

we thought about adding a new subsubsection after 6.2.3 Installation of the department. Does this sound good for you @dokempf ?
