Hotfix to Plotter

Unintentionally enabled auto-range feature on the plotter. This causes feature doesn't seem to work as intended. Autorange is now disabled by default. Functionality should be improved now.

Updated Plotter and Manifest

Updates the upper bounds used by the plotter in the acquisition package.

This release also includes the Arduino source code as zip file available directly in this release, as opposed to downloading it from a separate location.

First Acquisition and Plotting Package Release

This release contains an executable for the Python-based data acquisition and plotting package. No python is needed on a user's computer. This is found in the zip file entitled "WindEnergyProjectDataAcquisition.zip".

The subsequent zip and tar.gz files contain the full source code for this project.
