Commands

!fi to toggle module (DEFAULT: ON)
!fi toparty to toggle party notice (DEFAULT: SELF ONLY (In notice chat))
!fi itemhelp - turns off\on placing items indicating AoEs (DEFAULT: ON)
!fi stream - to toggle messages being sent only to proxy channel, also disables itemhelp (DEFAULT: OFF)
