Tracking Issue: WARP Driver Bindings

With the move to WPILib command based creating and keeping track of bindings has become much easier. Before we can work on good bindings for drivers we must first improve the automation of the robot. These things will need to be done:

• Use sensors for intaking and passthrough to shooter #25
• Use Superstructure with small Command groups for robot automation #32
• decide on driver and codriver for WARP
• Decide on 1 or 2 driver control scheme and what backups should exist on controllers
