Completely revamped SkinColorizer, now supporting colorization for a variety of other models and their parts, also much more robust and faster.

This version makes it easy to add colorization support to any model by appending the skincolorizer and setskincolorizerdir commands directly to the configuration file.

Fix md5.cfg base Skins list that has never been in use, causing inconsistencies when saving and restarting the client.
