Moved the$J/\psi$ example notebook to the
RelativisticBreitWignerandFormFactordynamics classes that were defined in theampform_dpd.dynamicsmodule. In addition, the module has been converted into a sub-package to prepare moving the dynamics builders there as well, after #108 has been addressed.
