Because `httpx_auth.testing` is registered as a pytest plugin, import of fixtures is not necessary anymore. Also prefer `pytest.mark.usefixture` when fixture doesn't return anything.

This PR register
httpx_auth.testingas a pytest plugin. Doing so there is no need to explicit import the fixtures.
