Hey there!
I recently created the plugin jekyll-auto-authors that can easily add paginated author pages functionality to a jekyll powered blog/publication.
I built it for our own publication at https://genicsblog.com, and it is scaling well in production.
I found your article about multiple authors when I was figuring out possible existing solutions for adding multiple authors functionality. I got to learn that most of the approaches use data files which was an initial solution that came to my mind as well. But later when it was getting very hard to scale with it, I built a custom plugin for the auto pages generation!
I updated your article to provide relevant new information for people who might have similar needs of supporting multiple authors in their blog.
Thank you!
