@openprivacy changes look reasonable to me. We do need though Elizabeth or Owen to approve before this can actually be merged.

@grugnog @elizabethraley I made some minor additions to the security policy here. More is needed, particularly wrt the creation of a CUI page (perhaps based on the 2024 CUI Policy draft) but these small changes plug a few glaring holes. Please review. |

Mainly wanted to get in a word on email forwarding, but also mentioned CUI (more needs to be done here) and clarified Rolodex (a bit)
