This pull request introduces a prototype for an AI-driven complaint classification app developed using Flutter. At its core is an image classification model based on a vision transformer architecture. A FastAPI endpoint serves the model, processing images sent by the app and returning JSON responses that automatically classify complaints into the appropriate departments. The app then receives and displays the classified results. Detailed usage and functionality are documented in the README file.
