Edited the settings to use blank line at the end and allowed to use html links in my readme.md for markdown lint settings.
Removed the first 2 lines like repo label is not needed and matched documentation with label description from issue labels. Added images label linked to labeler.yml config. Changed automation to GitHub_action Signed-off-by: Chunnyluny <[email protected]>
