Update Item_Categories.lua and fixes for FR translation

Item_Categories.lua

• Item "Radio.CDplayer" (i.e ValuTech PortaDisc) was missing.

IG_UI_FR.txt

• I removed the plural form of IGUI_ItemCat_Electronics = "Électronique", to match the official translation of the category. To be consistent, its also removed for "Médias".
• Category ItemCat_Misc = "Varié" isn't really appropriate. The word "Divers" is a better choice, like in IGUI_ItemCat_ClothMisc = "Vêtement - Divers",
• Translation of weapons categories.

Discussion on ItemCat_Drugs

In the current FR translation, we have ItemCat_Drugs = "Médicaments".
The corresponding term in English is more likely to be medecine or medication.

I may try to give you some French definition :

• "Médicament" : Any substance or composition presented as having curative or preventive properties on diseases.
• "Drogue" : Chemical, biochemical or natural compound capable of altering one or more neuronal activities and/or disrupting neuronal communications.

In vanillaPZ , it's only used for Base.Cigarettes, which may reduce the stress, but also increase sickness.
Therefore, I find it quite strange to classify in this category.

It may be better to use the term "drogue", which has a rather negative meaning in French, mostly use for product used in a recreational way, and can cause physical or psychological dependence ( e.g. alcohol, nicotine, cannabis, cocaine, heroin, etc.).
