• I have updated the microwin documentation on winutil website.
• i have edited the copyright info.
• added hugo ignore files.
• updated all the links from github to the corresponding pages.
• updates hugo workflow to use version 0.147.7.
• fixed all the incorrect code block in markdown files
• Replace hardcoded page lists with auto-discovery shortcode

• i have added quad 9 dns servers as i can confirm that these dns servers work.
• updated all the links from github to the corresponding pages.
• updates hugo workflow to use version 0.147.0.

i dont think Quad9 dns is neccary since cloudflares dns and gooles dns are enough

the way i have done the short codes is using the # title. but i can add frontmatter with title and descriptions if u would prefer doing it that way. let me now @ChrisTitusTech on which u would prefer.
