Now we're live at http://157.245.27.14/public

The changes aren't very visible but include:

• new API to be consumed by the course simulator
• better structuring of the backend

The great migration

Migrate all the things from the old minitwit to a stack of our choice, being C# for backend and React with typescript for frontend. Both ends where not completely done at the time of writing and can be seen in #8 and #9. Both will be merged and good to go by Tuesday
