Add additional block settings to Reservation Lava to Hide Filters

Proposed Changes

Made the following changes to the ReservationLava block to allow using a second instance of this block with limited filters/options displayed.

1. Update key for "CalendarVisibleDates" session variable to be specific to block instance.
2. Have the Day/Week/Month/Year value always be based on "Today" when the Calendar and Date Range are not displayed (and specific dates can't be selected).
3. Update Printable Report options to not be required and if none are entered, hide the Print button
4. Allow the "All/My Reservations/My Approvals" option to be hidden (and default to "All")
5. Add effective filter Start/End dates as available merge fields for the Lava template

Making these changes allows more flexibility over what filters/controls are displayed and allows block to be used to create a cleaner mobile friendly view of upcoming reservations. For example...
