OMERO Plus for HCS Jupyter notebooks

This repository contains a set of Jupyter notebooks that demonstrate how to access the analytical data stored in OMERO using OMERO.tables and file annotations. The notebooks cover data retrieval, visualisation, statistical analysis and machine learning.
