I've had this on my mind for a while, now I'm finally doing it
I uploaded fully-functioning x86 and x64 installations to Google Drive, so that users don't have to go through the hassle of creating a GitHub account, downloading 1.7.0, and manually putting all the pieces together to get a working installation. they also don't need to compile. I then added a new button next to the 1.6.4 download button, and linked that Drive folder to it. to make sure macOS users don't miss out, I also added a new button there and linked the App Store version of Celestia
for fun, I added an effect to the buttons when you hover over them and click them. it's nothing obnoxious, just a
box-shadow
effect (inset
for regular buttons, notinset
for "special" buttons)I'll also update the Google Drive folder every time a new
master
build comes out, so it doesn't stay out-of-date forever2023-11-16.15-15-40.-.Trim.mp4
