NITT MIS Portal Chrome fix extension

Chrome extension that fixes a bug that renders the MIS Portal useless for Chrome users

Install instructions:

• Click on "Clone or download" and select "Download ZIP" and save the downloaded zip.

• Extract the files to a folder
• Open chrome://extensions from Chrome
• Turn on developer mode
• Click on "Load unpacked"
• Select the folder which contains the extracted files
• From now, every time you load the MIS Portal website, it should work properly.
