Describe the bug
Menu bar can escape bounds at different resolutions

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. View page on a laptop size screen can usually produce
  2. scroll bar appears and login spinner on right is visible

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Additionally the manage products screen can expand beyond bounds causing the delete buttons to become unresponsive to clicks

This is also related to Login and language dropdown menu combined can jump the horizontal bar depending on size. #844
