Oracle db for unified

Oracle DB is a very important database for unified. The password for the DB needs to be changed every year.

Steps to change:

1. Put unified in drain through https://github.com/CMSCompOps/WmAgentScripts/wiki/Draining-Unified#stop-modules-from-running

2. Change the password from the IT Oracle services with unified credentials.

3. Change the password in the unified machines: 0272, 0273, 0274, 0275, 0268, 0269 and 0277

4. The files to be changed are secret_cmsr.txt, secret_cmsr_admin.txt, secret_cmsr_r.txt and secret_cmsr_rw.txt.

5. Notify Benedikt(Dynamo), Dan(T&I), and L3s.

6. Confirm and remove unified from drain: https://github.com/CMSCompOps/WmAgentScripts/wiki/Draining-Unified#resume-running-the-modules
