Web backend written in Python3 with Tornado.

Deployment

Set environment args VC_AES_KEY, VC_SID_SALT, and VC_ACCOUNT, VC_APP_VER for static files autoupdate.

Set environment args DB_HOST, DB_USERNAME, DB_PASSWORD, DB_DATABASE for rankbot.
